Porn Star's Problem, Worn-Out Lover & More

porn star's problem
I am a porn star. My boyfriend doesn't wish to know when I'm filming, yet he will only have sex with me after a shoot (that same night). Is it great timing or does he sense another man? I do use condoms and take a shower before going home. Don't get me wrong. I love making love to my boyfriend. I have work sex, then come home to what truly makes me feel good, and that's him. What's up?
Porn Star
Dear Porn Star,
I don't know about your boyfriend "sensing another man," but since you referred to the fact that he only seems to want to have sex with you after a shoot as "great timing," I'm assuming that you come home from a shoot quite turned on and even raring to go, and perhaps it is that that he picks up on. And you know, it never hurts to communicate about it.

sleeping in the buff
I have been searching the Web for consequences of not wearing underwear while sleeping, but all the information I found was concerning women. I'd really like to know more about this topic, like, are there any health hazards associated with guys not wearing underwear to bed?
Jeff O
Dear Jeff,
While there are no health hazards associated with not wearing underwear to bed, there are some health risks associated with men wearing certain types of underwear to bed. Most notably, wearing underwear that is too tight which cause the testicles to be too close to the body and heat up, interfering with sperm production. Even underwear that's made of materials that do not breathe, such as polyester, aren't very healthy due to the heat factor as well. Loose fitting cotton boxers, or nothing at all, are the best way to go. So you're on the right track, Commando.

increase sperm volume
I would like to know if there are any supplements available to increase the volume of sperm released during orgasm?
Craig
Dear Craig,
While there are many supplements that promise to increase the volume of sperm released during ejaculation, these are not endorsed by the medical community at large, nor are they approved by the FDA.
A recent Dutch study showed that men who took 5 mg of folic acid and 66 mg of zinc sulfate a day for 26 weeks increased their total sperm count by 74%, but when these supplements were taken alone, there was no significant increase in sperm production. The researchers say that more study is needed to understand how these two micronutrients work together to increase sperm production, before their widespread use can be endorsed.
In the meantime, try to avoid wearing tight-fitting jeans and underwear (see above); very hot baths, which may hasten the death of sperm; environmental pollution from cigarette smoke, heavy metals, such as lead, mercury, and arsenic, pesticides, solvents, toxic chemicals, aflatoxin (a fungus found on peanuts and grains), and synthetic estrogens in poultry and dairy feed, which have all been shown to interfere with sperm formation and protection.

A worn-out lover, condom use in water, and the best positions to get her pregnant..
worn-out lover
I have a problem that isn't very common. I have a beautiful, sexy 28-year-old girlfriend who wants to have sex daily. At 37, I can still get erect every day and pleasure her with several orgasms. The problem is after three months of this I'm having problems coming to orgasm myself. Sometimes after 30 minutes or more of lovemaking, I simply quit out of exhaustion and to give her a break. She feels like there is something wrong with her and I am a bit embarrassed. Is my inability to orgasm daily normal for my age? Is there anything I can do to change it?
Olympia, WA
Dear Embarassed,
Although I know many men that would claim to want your problem, feelings of embarrassment, inadequacy and insecurity are not something that anyone would want to go through.
Assuming that you have not begun taking any kinds of drugs, consuming excessive amounts of alcohol, or undergone any type of physical or emotional trauma, then this could just be a case of being worn-out. Obviously, at 37, you do not have the stamina that you had when you were 20, and a slight drop in libido is perfectly normal.

under-water love
Can you use condoms in the shower or in a hot tub?
Tina
Dear Tina,
Condoms can be used both in the shower and completely submerged in water, as in a hot tub or pool. However, you may have to use lubrication, as the water may rinse off the natural lubricants on the condoms. Lack of lubrication may cause friction that could cause the condom to tear.

pregnant positions
Are there any sexual positions that are particularly likely to impregnate a woman?
Matthew
Dear Matthew,
While there are no positions that guarantee to impregnate your woman, there are some that will increase the odds. The missionary position, with her legs wrapped around your shoulders, is your best bet, as it allows your seminal fluids to go directly into her cervical opening. Positions with her on top are to be avoided, as they create a downward flow for the semen. Best of luck!
